I Can Do This!
Before you kick-start your day, write these simple words down.
You will be allowing this small pinch of positivity to get you through your day.
Write them down on a piece of paper or on your tablet, and put them somewhere in front of you where it is not hidden from your sight.
By presenting these simple words of encouragement to yourself, you will feel the energy in carrying out task that you normally would feel too tired to do.
Paying attention to these written words, you will be reminded of how phenomenal and amazing you are.
They enforce higher self-confidence and boost your self esteem which can automatically enhance your motivation and your enthusiasms throughout your day.
The moment you feel breathless because you are disheartened and demotivated, these simple words can propel you forward as they have very powerful impact on your perseverance and your will power.
Certainly, there are also similar benefits to writing other positive things down such as listing your strengths down or the good things that you have done, but if you find yourself unable to write something good or positive about yourself today, just write “I Can Do This!”.
Believe it or not, it will rejuvenate you and renew your thinking throughout your day by first transforming a low level energy (such as depression fatigue) to high level energy.
